It all begun as the acoustic jazz ensemble Vojtěch Procházka Trio, followed by a name change to Bergljot, with Procházka being joined by two Norwegian musicians. Their music might call for the label of minimalism, which is nevertheless not capable of doing justice to the formidable exuberance of sound and intricacy of ideas that are even more significant for their art.

If breaking the borders was a genre, the Norwegian-Australian ensemble Mural would be its forefront representative. The trio of experienced musicians and improvisators creates music both heart warming and dark. „Haunting and breathtaking,“ as the prestigious music magazine Wire put it.
