Labelled as “the iconic figure of the modern UK underground” by The Quietus, Richard Youngs is a cult figure of contemporary guitar music. He is a renowned collaborator, having worked with Matthew Bower (Skullflower), Alex Neilson (Six Organs of Admittance, Bonnie Prince Billy), Neil Campbell (Astral Social Club), Makoto Kawabata (Acid Mothers Temple) or Simon Wickham-Smith. Despite having his own label (No Fans Records, est. 1990), he´s been associated with Jagjaguwar, Ba Da Bing or VHF as well. He was also a member of the mysterious Jandek on all three (known) live shows of his. This will be the only Czech show of the renowned and extremely prolific Scottish singer, guitarist, improvisator and experimental musician.


Previously known as Sleepy Motion, this band is a logical extension of composer Martin Burlas´ musician endeavours. The band released three albums in the early 90s, now they have returned as a four piece: Martin Burlas (vocals, keyboards, bass), Peter Zagar (keyboards), Daniel Baláž (drums) a Pavol Hubinák (guitar). With an album scheduled for spring 2016, they have released an EP named simply Ü in 2015.
